Practice Survey Reporting

Activities 2015-16

Our group has met approximately every 6-8 weeks throughout the year.  We meet on Monday evenings at 6pm to try to make the meetings accessible for everyone.

During the year we have continued to add to our Action Plan and to mark subjects in green as we have achieved them.  During the year we have

  • Planned a Practice Open Day
  • Reformatted the practice waiting room
  • Reviewed the Friends and Family Test results
  • Looked at a summary of complaints received during the year
  • Considered the "Health Pledge" website
  • Continued to develop our practice website
  • Made suggestions for practice improvements
  • Discussed the practice plan to become a training practice
  • Discussed practice premises improvements
  • Encouraged development of a practice newsletter
  • Discussed problems with patient-parking
  • And many more topics beside!

We have consulted with patients about what information they would find useful to have in the practice and also about privacy at the counter and encouraged active promotion of the Friends and Family Test.

We have lost a couple of members of our group and would warmly welcome any new faces!
